Free US Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimums, no codes needed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Carrier and Delivery
All orders ship via UPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Order Changes
Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Email us at info@rackandroll.org as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch your order before it ships.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@rackandroll.org within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
